What are the delivery options
Jumia offers different options to ship products from sellers to customers like drop off and pickup (Your goods at your warehouse) or through Jumia Express (Your goods at JUMIA’s warehouse).
First: Your goods at Jumia’s warehouse (Jumia Express)
You send your products to Jumia’s warehouse, and Jumia takes it from here. Once we receive the order, we will pack your products and deliver them to the customers.

Second: Your goods at your warehouse
If you choose “your goods at your warehouse”, you will keep your products in your own warehouse and you will pack them and deliver them to Jumia’s closest drop off center or hand them to the pick-up representative, then Jumia will deliver it to the customers
Shipping
You must deliver orders to the Jumia drop off center or pick up representative within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the order
Packaging
You can pack your products using Jumia’s packing material or your own
Storage
You keep your products in your own warehouse
