What is this function?
Open Campaign Promotion (Open CP) is where Jumia provides sellers on the platform with the possibility to participate in promotion campaigns to showcase their products better and increase sales. By participating, products gain better visibility and placement on the Jumia website and app, increasing chances of being sold.
Vendors can access and apply for promotions through the Vendor Center.
When there is an event, a new promotion campaign will be available on your store, and you will be required to provide your best offers on eligible products and add them to the campaign for our review and boosting.
Sellers who participate in these promotion campaigns generate 3 times more sales than other sellers because they follow these 4 tips:
Eligibility criteria to join the promotions
To join the promotion campaigns, you have to meet the specific criteria required by the campaign:
- The minimum discount value.
- The maximum discount value.
- Minimum seller score.
- In some cases, minimum available stock.
- Products selected must correspond to the specified product category included in the promotions.
