Basic training
We have two online sessions every Wednesday and Friday and on physical session on Thursday for vendor engagement and interaction at our Vendor Drop-off station.
In the basic training, you will know how to add your products correctly, how to manage the orders using the FIFO (First in First out) method, how to manage your account statement, and the most important rules to help you manage your Marketplace effectively.
